Working as Financial Management Trainee for Cargill in Padova is my first job after University. Cargill gives a lot of opportunities and the experience in Cargill involves a lot of learning and stimulation for me. I am focussing on finance but I will also learn about the activities of other departments such as forwarding and commercial. After 18 months, I will spend a six months experience abroad in another business unit of Cargill. I like the different businesses that the company covers in the world and the multicultural environment. The European Graduate programme gives me a better feeling for being part of Cargill, a challenging global company in which young employees grow together sharing experience, knowledge and friendship. In the future I could imagine becoming part of corporate audit. I wish to keep growing and increasing my knowledge while contributing to Cargill the best of my abilities.
