What I like about my job is that I can do different tasks and every day there is something else to learn. I am working on Financial Reporting and I am responsible for the timely reporting of financial figures such as the Profit and Loss, Short Term Debit and Balance Sheet. I get involved in the control of the daily grain position, making sure that it is aligned with the trading operations. Apart from that, I look after the SGA analysis, focussing on detecting and controlling deviation of the expenses against the budget.

About the European Graduate Programme - I like that you have the chance to build a network of colleagues from different functions and different business units with whom you can share experiences and knowledge.
