I made my first step into the world of Cargill when I started working as HR trainee in Krefeld, Germany. I am primarily working in personnel care, but I also get an insight into the whole spectrum of HR activities from works council themes and labour law issues to recruitment events, job fairs and a lot more.

The seminars I am attending as part of the European Graduate Programme are very valuable to me as I get to share experiences with other graduates who are sitting in the same boat – whether they are based in Spain, Italy, the UK, Ukraine or other places in Europe. I am curious to learn about best practices in other countries and in Cargill I see great opportunities to develop in an international environment.
