I joined Cargill as an HR Trainee working in European graduate recruitment and development. I am involved in the coordination of the European Graduate Programme and participate in branding activities. Organizing and attending European career events is part of my task. I enjoy the international work environment in the Mechelen office and the collaboration with my colleagues all over Europe.

From the beginning I have been given responsibility and trust, which is very encouraging and I feel supported to learn and grow in Cargill.
