The good thing about being in the Graduate Programme in Cargill is that it offers challenges and responsibilities from day one so that success becomes very rewarding. Next to that the Graduate Programme offers me the opportunity to develop myself through trainings and get to know people from different disciplines.

Currently I am working in a department that takes care of a wide number of processes to support IT Applications within Cargill in Europe. For example we take care of the measurement of performance and revenue and costs of these applications through some ingenious IT systems. This assignment enables me to have contact with many different people throughout IT and to get to know the organisation quite fast.

Because of the international character of IT, my job involves a lot of travelling. As part of the graduate programme I am currently staying for six months in Barcelona and I hope to get to know other Cargill locations during the course of my career.

What really strikes me about Cargill are the many opportunities that are available. Almost everything is possible. However, nothing will happen automatically. You have to make it happen yourself. A good thing, when you are up for it.
