I have been working for Cargill Cocoa & Chocolate for two months now as a technical management trainee. In this first period I was introduced to the process of producing liquor, butter and powder from cocoa beans. I work in shifts on one of our production locations to get acquainted with the people and the production processes. Although, I just started working for Cargill I enjoy the fact that I get a lot of freedom to learn and develop. Besides, our business is expanding rapidly and I know there will be lots of opportunities for me to grow in the near future.
