I started working as a Technical Management Trainee in Hamburg and had the opportunity to participate in several trainings such as the modules of the European Graduate Programme, the Young Engineer Programme and a Maintenance & Reliability Workshop.

After one year in Cargill I was given the opportunity of taking up a new position as process engineer in Hamburg. I find that a wonderful first step in my future career and a big challenge. My main task is the production scheduling and process improvement. What I like about my job is working within an international team and the different possibilities to improve my personal skills and technical knowledge.
